Good. Blade with a dull pewter patina and showing strong traces of etched decorations. Blade with scattered surface oxidation and freckled and speckles patches of discoloration. Peen is undisturbed. Hilt with an attractive bronze patina and minute traces of gilt in protected areas. Grip with wear and some loss to the shagreen. Wire loose with some missing, leather throat washer missing. Scabbard with moderate wear, showing flake and crazed finish loss and some areas of weakness. Mounts with a dark patina and some tiny traces of gilt. Stuart hangers with moderate wear, crazing and finish loss.
