Double action six-shot loading gate revolver with spring loaded ejector along right barrel commemorating the centennial of Kansas. Left barrel struck 1861-KANSAS CENTENNIAL MODEL-1961 with the upper barrel showing standard single line address reading COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A. Further marks include Colt's VP monogram proof to triggerguard, circled {Rampant Colt on Globe} to left frame, and spiral scroll embellishments to butt.
