*Consecutively Numbered Pair of Browning Custom Shop B25 20 Gauge Shotguns in Travel Case

20 Gauge. 30" barrel lengths. SN: 324NN02997, and 324NN02998. 3" chamber length. Interchangeable Briley Chokes. Matte gray metal finish with blued barrels, gray triggers, and set in a walnut round knob semi-pistol grip stocks with schnabel forends, bordered checkering, and recoil pads to the butts. Double barrel over-under boxlock ejector shotguns with full length vented barrel ribs mounting single front white bead sights. Maker marks to left barrels read BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN. UTAH & MONTREAL. P.Q./MADE IN BELGIUM BY BROWNING S.A. with model marks to the right reading MOD B 25-20GA-2 3/4. Lower frames struck with B25G marks. Both shotguns were originally fitted with internal chokes, and show original choke marks of * to the upper barrels and ** to the lower. They have since been modified to accept Briley tubes, and come with a work order from Briley. Shotguns are numbered 1 and 2 respectively with gold numerals on the rear barrel and on locking lever. Frames are engraved with game bird vignettes to the flanks enclosed by scrollwork with floral embellishments to screws and hingepin. Both items come in a Browning Custom Shop marked leather 12 Gauge travel case with BRILEY tubes for each in IMOD, LMOD, and LFULL, two choke wrenches, and a Briley work order specifying that both were fitted for choke tubes and had their forcing cones lengthened. 15.25" length of pull. 1.5" drop to comb. 2.25" drop to heel. {MODERN}
