The painting is signed in the lower left- it appears to be by the artist Octave Gallian (French, born 1855). There is a pinprick-sized loss to paint at the left edge about 1/3 the way up from the bottom. There are several scattered white dots above the vase which can be removed. Overall the painting is in good condition. The frame, however, has significant losses to the gesso on three sides.
