Meyer states in the Preface: "The collection of prints before us, together with my text volume, published in German... affords a complete description of the High Andes of Ecuador." Meyer's In den Hoch-Anden von Ecuador was first published in Berlin in 1907. RARE: according to online auction records, only one other copy of this work has appeared on the market at auction in the last 40 years. Neate M92.
