There is a dog ear crease in the upper left corner; impact creasing with cracking and slight loss to the drawing surface in the lower right corner; a minor crescent shaped pressure tear approximately 1/4 inch in length toward the right center edge; a slight vertical tear approximately 1/8 inch in length at lower edge in the lower right corner; a stray ballpoint pen mark in the upper right corner in the sky; soft vertical creases at three points across the sheet most pronounced in the center of the sheet; otherwise this work appears to be in overall basic good and stable condition; this work is unframed.
