Last Ditch - mounted in two places along upper edge; loss and repairs to corners, 3 cm loss to upper right corner with associated staining; old tape repairs to back; 5 small tears to bottom edge, approx. 1/4"; creasing to lower left corner; slight foxing throughout. The Night After the Battle - approx. 7 small closed tears to edges; small creasing to edges; water and damp staining throughout; 7 1/2 cm closed tear and crease to lower right corner with old repair to back; laid down and mounted with tape and backing; chipping to upper edge, approx. 9 chips. John Brown - mounted in two places to upper right edge with tape; damp staining and scant soiling throughout; foxing; 3 cm closed tear to lower left corner with minor loss; laid down with old repairs; water damage to lower left quadrant; trimmed; browning and small chipping to edges. Ellsworth -large damp and water staining damage to lower right quadrant ending in the center; water damage to upper right corner, approx. 3-4"; laid down and mounted in two places on upper right edge; foxing throughout; small creases, approx. 13-14 and less than 1-2 cm in size.
