set is in overall good condition. Abalone inlay is intact throughout with the only missing pieces occuring on the bookends (1173). There are 6 missing pieces on the bookends. Metal is in good condition throughout the set. There is a missing screw to the back of the picture frame, and under the letter tray. Polish residue evident in areas throughout the set. Lamp: Base is stable, working condition. Polish residue apparent throughout in small areas. Top is threaded possibly for a missing finial. Wear to is consistent with age. 6 missing Abalone inlay pieces to top of shade. Glass is sturdy and with minimal wear or discoloration to surface. There is a possible 1 inch crack to a piece of glass. Please see photos.
