In good, stable, usable condition. Painted top attached to base. Having a fairly even finish throughout with some minor instances of surface wear. No losses or repairs noted. Will "balance" upright but does attach to the wall with two brackets. Late 20th century with very bright moderately-applied metal leaf. Additional image available upon request.
