This work has some water staining on the bottom quarter of the work. This can be seen from the back. The front does not appear to be affected visually, except there is a warp on the bottom right corner. The top left has a broken wood slat and the top center formica's veneer has cracked and some of the wood is now exposed. There is a general dirt and grime to this work as it was exposed to the elements at some point. This work is in stable condition.
