Stable condition, drawers are all in working condition. Drawer pulls are firmly attached. Signed to inside top drawers. Rope is attractive and in good condition with the exception of a water like stain to the top. It appears darker than the rest, and is roughly 12 inches in length. Rope is warped in this area consistent with water damage. Please see additional photos
