Folio (422 x 315). Chromolithographic frontispiece, title-page, 2-page dedication, and 13pp. of text within elaborately decorated borders on stiff card. (Some light browning or staining to a few leaves.) Original brown cloth decorated in blind and gilt, upper cover with deep embossed central panel (spine worn, corners bumped, hinges with glue repairs). Comprising the same preliminary pages and first 13pp. of text as "The Victoria Psalter," possibly one of the original parts published in 1861. (See Yale Center for British Art copy 3 of "The Victoria Psalter").
