The top and the inset paneled sides date to the 16th century. Other carved decorative elements later. Scattered age splits, worming, ringing and areas of discoloration to the top consistent with age. The carved edge of the top with areas of heavy deterioration, worming and some areas of loss. Both paneled sides with worming and minor to significant age splits, particularly to the proper-right side. Both drawers and cabinet doors with minor age splits.
