Overall condition varies by book. Virtually no marks or damages to Opera: Composers, Works, Performers, h.f.ullmann (2009). The Complete Dictionary of Opera & Operetta, Wings Books (1993) has moderate foxing to the edges of the pages but otherwise very good condition. The Barnes Book of the Opera, Barnes (1962), has significant tears on all sides of the dust jacket though the books interior and pages appear to be in good condition. A Thousand and One Nights of Opera, D. Appleton-Century Company (1926) has no dust jacket, edges are worn, spine has sunning and a major tear on its top; pages have yellowed significantly; some surface grim and rubbing present to edges of spine. The Science of Music, John D. Pierce (1983) has a dust jacket that has yellowed with age and a minimal (1/4") tear to back jacket top edge; pages appear to be in good condition; accompanied by two 33-rpm records.
