consisting of a central hand engraved foliate motif platinum plaque containing one round mixed cut synthetic color change sapphire, possibly of later addition, measuring approximately 15.10 mm in diameter, two old European cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.65 carat and 0.48 carat respectively, together with numerous old European cut diamonds, the plaque set within a rose gold surround with blue enamel accents in a scrolled motif.
