Thus, the text is complete with 59 printed leaves [118 pages] and three fold-out table; [Oddi] Complete with four preliminary leaves, 176 pages of text including tables and diagrams. Engraved title page, and errata at bottom of page 175. Final page mentions Giacomo Lantoni. First edition. Previous owner's name: Weybread and John Hatman (dated 1672); [Folkingham:] [4 leaves], 88 pages of text. Likely lacking a folding table. Reference: Sabin 24951 which incorrectly refers to the title as Fendigraphia. Previous owner's name: Ra Dowcett. Earls of Macclesfield copy, with armorial bookplate (motto: "Sapere aude") of the Earls of Macclesfield's "South Library" at Shirburn Castle, shelfmark 183.A.25 (dated 1860), and blind stamp of Macclesfield crest on the first two leaves of the first treatise. Minor soiling to title and final leaf of third work, minor soiling or staining scattered here and there, and a few minor tears and misfolds to the fold-outs. There is minor loss from trimming. Handwritten notes on the first free endpaper.
