The pocket watch sets but does not wind or run. The watch and chain together weigh approximately 31.90 dwts, the chain alone weighs approximately 9.60 dwts. The cuvette is engraved "No6120 H. Bissene Rue J.J. Rosseau.5 Paris ECHAPt A CYLINDRE HUIT TROUSE EN RUBIS". There are superficial scratches to the enamel on the case front with a few small chips that reach down to the gold ground. There are are few more noticeable scratches the case back with a one chip that reaches down to the gold ground and one chip with signs of possible repair. The attached key works to set the watch, the hands move freely. The key does not fit to wind the watch. The balance spring is intact and the balance wheel oscillates correctly when manually moved.
