The brooch measures approximately 78.00 x 69.00 mm. The brooch is fully intact, all stones present and securely set. The five carved onyx "leaves" show no obvious wear at 10X magnification. The polished gold components on the reverse show scattered superficial scratches, the hinged double pin stem and clasp are in fine working order, the hand inscribed signature is clear and distinct.
