Pin dot sized holes in upper left and right corners and 2 along upper center edge most likely from a prior mounting; glued to back matting in 2 places along center right and left edges of verso; glue residue from prior mounting on upper right and left corners and upper center edge of verso with some skinning to the paper from removal of prior mounting; 2 small additional pin dot sized holes visible along upper center edge when paper is lifted to light; small 1/8 inch tear along upper center edge; flaking and cracking of pigment in a 1 inch area in upper center recto.
