Length: 7 inches. The prongwork containing the carved and cabochon cut rubies has been expertly constructed with finely rounded edges and claw points that indicate a high level of sophistication. When running one's finger over the top of the bracelet, one does not feel any sharp points or snags. The overall quality of manufacture is exceptional. Gem Characteristics (graded in setting) Rubies It is the opinion of the director that the rubies in this bracelet have internal characteristics consistent with those observed in natural ruby that has not been color enhanced through heat treatment and that the most likely geographic location of origin would be Mogok, Burma (Myanmar). The carved plaques and cabochon cuts range in hue from purplish red to red, tone from slightly dark medium to medium, saturation from strong to very strong.
