Old scuffs, marks, and scratches consistent with age and use. The foliate decorative spiral at lower left of clock dial is broken, but in tact. The same decorative element on the opposite side of the case has likely been restored. Light surface scratches to porcelain mounts. Other elements loose. Most of the feet have been repaired. Regilt. Other small restorations and minor losses likely.
