A Pair of French Enameled Opera Glasses, Verdi, Width of first 4 inches.

Opera glasses with most enamel complete. One barrel with significant cracks and one area of loss approximately 1/4 inch in length. Mother of pearl eyepieces and focal wheel without cracks. Glasses extend from handle and lock into place. Gilt metal with light wear throughout. Focal wheel appears to be locked, not allowing lenses to adjust. Monocular appears to be in overall good condition with complete enamel and jeweled beads. With one possible small crack. Gilt areas bright, mother of pearl eyepiece without cracks. Extends and retracts with ease.
