LaTour example enameled areas in overall good condition without losses to beading. The handle having a chip approximately 1/4 inch in length. Glasses extend from handle and lock in place. Mother-of-pearl eyepieces without cracks. Focal wheel spins freely. Allowing lenses to focus well. Some light wear to gilt metal. Chevelier example in overall good, stable, complete condition. Enamel to barrels in allover good condition. Decoration and gilt bright. Mother-of-pearl eyepieces, focal wheel and handle in good condition, but handle with repair. Handle further stamped G.P Depose. Focal wheel spins tightly, but works well. Lenses intact. Focuses well.
