in nice overall condition, retaining much of the rich coloring to wood grain; with some expected age splits to veneer commensurate with age and use; stable and sturdy; drawers glide smoothly, each accompanied by a key; some splits to bottom of lyre support; three of the legs show evidence of having been reattached, with glue residue and fill present; bottom edge of wood base with some losses to veneer; two of the legs with some patches to veneer, and each leg generally with some scuffs or scrapes along edges; one brass foot possibly bearing later screws to underside (not visible); one leg with old stable age crack to underside; some minor rubbing and loss to outset corners on top, and the table accompanied by an extra outset corner applique (in drawer); both drawer bottoms lined with old green paper
