In overall stable condition. There are no breaks or repairs noted to the frame of the sofa. Significant wear throughout the leather upholstery, mostly to the proper left side. There is a tear to the seat cushion exposing the batting underneath. Other leather crackling and wear throughout reveals a brown ground under the black surface. Dust and debris accumulated underneath the cushions could benefit from a cleaning. Slight sagging to the back of the sofa. A few small dents to the stretched sides are present. Light staining to the decking and residue likely a remnant from a manufacturer's sticker. Light tarnish to the metal of the legs. One small area, likely of white paint, to the outside arm of the proper left side. Please request to view additional images.
