Appearing in overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. The case with worming throughout and a few small age cracks. The sides of the case with replaced sections of veneer in the back corners, not immediately visible. The front of the case with a small patch at the tip of the fall front door. There is a key which works in all locks. The writing surface with scattered spots and areas of discoloration from past use. There are dark marks at the back edge of the fall front surface. The proper left front corner with old glue repairs, not visible when marble top is in place along with fill to the wood. The marble top in good condition with scattered areas of roughness along the edges and one area of fill to the corner.
