Overall good and stable condition. No breaks, repairs or losses to the wood are evident. Top has several areas of wear as well as some faint water rings as well as some light surface scratches. Some minimal wear on sides as well as some spots of paint. Presents well, drawers are functional, one drawer (fourth down from top) sticks. some faint drip marks on the face of two drawers. Underside is stable but with dust and light debris.
