In overall fair condition. The foam is in sturdy condition and seats well. There are overall areas of fading across the backs of the sectional pieces as well as staining throughout the seats. One section of the unit has two tears in the seat in the fabric that ride along but not on a stitched seam. The upholstery is a canvas-like material with no pile. Dust and debris are present in the crevasses.
