overall nice condition given the age, with wonderfully polished surfaces, the gilding and ebonizing likely refreshed, with some occasional scuffs, scrapes, and small losses commensurate with age and use; some occasional patches and losses to veneer, but overall both tables are largely intact and secure; one scrolled foot to one table with repaired crack and/ or break, and two scrolled feet to the other table with repaired cracks and/or breaks; the rotating tops glide easily, and both reveal later embossed leather playing surfaces, the leather seams of both at folding edge have become separated or detached from use; accompanied by some game pieces and accessories
