the finial with loss / break at top, and with some dark fritting, the finial doweled into place on glued wood dowel; one chip / loss to corner along top molding of base, and with some fleabites along lower edge; the plinth beneath top molding of base is adhered / glued to bottom of top molding, apparently a separate element, and with the adhesive / epoxy visible to underside interior; some minor fleabites along base edge, and with three hairline cracks, one of which extends to top of plinth and has a small associated repaired break to corner of that side; one of the Hercules medallions with firing crack; overall the "frit" to obelisk intact, with minor occasional losses
