with nice mellow surface, having wonderful figuring to mahogany, and showing mild fading from honest use over time; the cornice with some minor old knicks or chips along edge, the left-facing edge with a minor small split; the upper section lined with moire silk to interior, including to adjustable shelves, presents nicely, and mostly clean, with some occasional stains commensurate with use, the two center doors each with a pane of glass having cracks, the right-facing center door with detached tracery molding (piece is present); the bottom section: the base molding with some chips, losses, and some patches to veneer, the left-facing door presently locked and might need some finessing with key or professional help to open, with patch around escutcheon and with detached molding element (piece present), the left-facing center door with patch along side and lifting molding (needs to be secured), and both center doors with fill and patches near escutcheons, right-facing center door with slightly loose veneer piece that was previously detached, the right-facing door with detached molding element (piece present), the door panels generally with some typical age cracks, the interior of bottom also lined with moire silk; the sides of bottom panel with some fill and patches, possibly indicative of reinforcing hinge attachments; accompanied by 5 keys
