having a nice lustrous surface finish; the top with some old rubbed scratches and some spots of subtle surface discoloration commensurate with age and use; the top molding with a patch to back left-facing edge and two repaired breaks / patch to front right-facing side and front corner; some minor losses to cockbeaded molding to drawer faces, the top-most drawer with repaired break to left-facing side edge of cockbeading; the right-facing stile with slightly popped veneer and some evidence of reinforced splits; a few of the foot facings possibly replaced, and the front left-facing foot with replaced glue block; brasses possibly original, with only some shims / screw wedged in to reinforce them from the inside
