Appearing in overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. Scattered age cracks to the veneer and a few small patched repairs. One large age crack running the vertical length of the proper left side of the lower case with old fill, the proper right side of the case also with an age crack. A few sections of lifting veneer, not immediately noticeable. Old nicks, scuffs, and dark marks throughout as is typical for age. Brasses are replaced. Drawers and cabinets open and close nicely. One candle slide sticks slightly. Mirrors are beveled and have age, but are possibly replaced. Includes one key which works for the superstructure; lacking a key for the fall-front writing surface.
