In overall good and ready to place condition. The shelf is not attached to the desk and was mounted on the wall above in the previous owner's home. All exterior sides of the shelf are finished to allow for a free-floating mount.
There are scratches and scuffs throughout the surfaces of the desk's top edges. Light areas of what appear to be white paint overspray are present on one side of the cabinet and areas of the desk. The surface of the drop-front desk surface has heavier wear with scuffing, staining and marks that demonstrate previous age and use.
The body is stable and there are no breaks, losses or repairs evident in the desk body. The drawers are all present and open smoothly with circular cutouts on the backs. There is no key present with this lot.
