George II caddy: Nice surface overall, with minor dark stains to the lid and back but appears to retain original hardware. Interior shows evidence that it once had two dividers, which are now missing and interior lined with later green felt. Bottom front lip of lid with patch visible;
Regency caddy: Overall in presentable condition, with a patch to the front left-facing side of lid. Mother or Pearl appears mostly intact with some minor loss particularly to the center inlay on top of lid. Small loss to key hole, presently no key. Interior tea compartments once had metallic lining which is no longer present. One lid fits misaligned with compartment, missing glass for center compartment. Underside lined with old, embossed paper and some expected loss commensurate with use. Brass ball feet possibly not original. Minor, occasional scuffs and scratches.
