Appearing in overall fairly good, stable, and ready to place condition. The top of the chest exhibits minor sun fading as well as nicks, scuffs, and scratches commensurate with age and use. Each side of the case is lacking some of the trim along the top. The drawer fronts with scattered age splits in the veneer as is typical. The top drawer has its lock removed and the third drawer has its lock taped in place, likely in need of repair. There are some gouges along the tops of the drawer fronts. The feet with scuffs and scrapes and one foot with a patched repair. Additional images are available upon request.
