Appearing in overall good, stable and ready to place condition. The table having scattered nicks, scuffs and scrapes throughout consistent with age and use. The top with an old repaired age crack in the proper left rear corner which is visible when the table is open and closed; does not appear to impact stability. Age cracks at either side of the table and above the proper left front leg. One small section of veneer is missing just below the drawer. The drawer pull on the drawer front is a replacement. Flip top and gate leg work well and table is sturdy. Additional images are available upon request.
