Appearing in overall fair, sturdy, and ready to place condition. Scattered nicks, scuffs, and scrapes throughout consistent with age and use. Instances of sun fading and wear most noticeable on the top of the lower stage. The proper left side with an age split and area of fill. The proper left rear leg with a missing section of wood, not impacting stability. The center drawer of the lower stage folds down to reveal a writing surface. The leather has scattered scratches from use. The proper left drawer sticks slightly when closing. The cabinet doors open and close smoothly. There is no central brace that divides the center two cabinet doors. The glass is possibly replaced and one pane on the proper right bottom with a small crack, not immediately noticeable.
