The suite appearing in overall fairly good, stable, and ready to place condition. Each is sturdy and can be sat upon comfortably. All items having scattered scuffs and scrapes in the leather upholstery consistent with age and use. There are a few minute nicks and small tears in the leather, particularly at the bottom near the feet of the sofa and arm chairs. Natural variation in color from use, all with a warm brown tone. The seat of the sofa (beneath the cushions) with staining throughout; not visible when cushions are in place. Webbing is not visible because of cambric but seats feel springy and sturdy for use. The proper right arm with the upholstered panel detached at the bottom; could be easily re-attached or re-stuck. Additional images are available upon request.
