Semi automatic rifle with type 2 milled rear sight and blade front sight with ear protectors. Item features a round top bolt, type 3 bayonet lug barrel band, rotary safety, M/VA marked magazine release, and a removable magazine. Markings include I.B.M. CORP./3877886/AO to rear of receiver, U.S. CARBINE/CAL. 30 M1. to front of receiver, and I.B.M. CORP. to top of barrel. Stock is marked with a boxed {star}/FAT/77 cartouche to left side, and a boxed {star}FAT/82 cartouche to right side. Stock is also marked with rack number 115 to bottom of forearm and grip.
