Moderate deposits of surface dirt, dust, and foreign particles; sheet is hinged to backmat along all verso edges in 12 areas; sheet is moderately toned overall; one faint black scuff mark in the lower center, within a yellow circle, as well as an additional very small black scuff mark in the left-most circle in the lower left corner; pinpoint spots of whitish fibers adhered to the lower half of the black pyramid; two spots of lighter toning in the lower center of the sheet; very faint spots of darker toning in the area above the signature.
