According to consignor: His name was Charlie Law and he was 93 when he passed. [Charlie] told him it was Native American from the turn of the century and when he was little in[sic] would play with the Native [children] at the bottom of the hill he grew up on. The area was the river valley of Arkansas on the border of Oklahoma.
