Albumen photograph, 5 x 7 in. (sight), under decorative mat and housed in period frame, 11.75 x 13.25 in. A hand-tinted studio portrait of an unidentified private that appears to represent the 76th Pennsylvania Keystone Zouaves based on his uniform. The subject wears a fez and the distinctive dark blue jacket of the 76th PA with integral vest and tinted magenta trim as well as regulation sky blue balloon trousers.
Not examined outside frame. Image appears to be in very fine condition. Light wear to frame.
