Printed broadside, 6 x 14 in., matted to 8 x 16 in. Great National Route! Shortest Route to Baltimore and Quickest Route to Philadelphia, Little Miami, Central Ohio and Baltimore & Ohio Railroads via Columbus, Zanesville and Wheeling. Cincinnati, OH: Enquirer Print, n.d., ca mid-nineteenth century. Promoting the "Two Daily Trains" running east from Cincinnati to Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, and Washington, DC. This route checked baggage "through from Cincinnati to Baltimore or Washington, and only two changes of Cars between Cincinnati and Baltimore" and was also unique as "the only route by which through tickets can be had to Philadelphia and New York, via Baltimore" and "to Washington City...without detention to Charleston, Savannah...and all points South." Illustrated with image of train at center.
