Lot of 18 stereoviews featuring figural subjects, primarily captured outdoors against the Colorado landscape, each marked, "Colorado Views, / Published by T C Miller / Portrait & Landscape Photographer. / Lebanon Mo," and many with inscribed captions on verso. Collection includes views of a group of four rugged men and two donkeys, captioned, "Off prospecting,"; a photographer posing with camera equipment outside of a makeshift studio tent; an Asian woman in a loose-fitting dress, seated before a studio backdrop, with verso caption reading, "China Mary,"' and a man held at knife- and gunpoint by three outlaws, with his hands raised over his head, captioned, "Relieving a Tenderfoot / of his cash." Ca 1881-1886.
Most views with wear at mount edges and corners, along with surface soil, staining, and discoloration. A few views with loss to image corners/edges.
