Pope Walker / Secty. of War / this Map is dedicated / by his obdt. Servt. W.H. Wilder / C. & T. Engineer." Linen-backed, 26.75 x 34 in. [1861] Not colored. The northern-most point is Wheeling, extends to just past Cedar Keys in Florida. Texas not included. [Parrish & Willingham 6167]
Numerous splits, toning. Although there are splits along what may have been folds, most of the paper is still present because of the linen backing. A couple of water stains. Minor insect damage to linen.
