White paper seal intact in bottom left. Creasing from old folds; manuscript and Adams signature somewhat faded. 9 3/4 x 16 in. (248 x 406 mm). In mat with an engraved portrait of Adams and Great Seal of the United States, and in frame, 23 5/8 x 23 1/2 in. (600 x 597 mm).
