lot 96: teapot: with extensive restoration to exterior / body, end of spout, and finial on lid (repaired break), with hairline cracks to bottom of vessel and side that have been partially stabilized and obscured, with old re-touching to restored areas that has yellowed from time, some of the over-paint is flaking (particularly to interior and underside), some old chipping along perimeter of interior rim, interior darkened and with cracquelure; coffeepot: lid restored with repaired breaks evident- the over-painting has yellowed and discolored over time, with some minor flaking to overpainting, the body with several old hairline cracks, which have darkened, with cracquelure to glaze throughout commensurate with age, a few small chips along lower base rim; sugar bowl: with some general darkening and cracquelure, particularly to interior, a couple subtle surface cracks (mostly visible to interior), scalloped rim with a couple glaze flecks or cracks, and with one prominent fracture along edge (with surface, hole visible), a few minor chips along edges, lid with one old chip along underside rim and some spots of darkened discoloration to glaze; creamer: with some rough areas / surface loss / fleabites along rim and handle tip edges, a couple hairline fractures visible to underside / interior bottom, a small crack on either side of handle terminal where it meets body, one of the cracks with glaze chip / surface loss, with some cracquelure, old hairline crack along rim that extends to body; teacup and saucer: teacup with repaired crack and/or break to base of handle, saucer with three visible stilt marks / glaze imperfections to well
