lot 57: with some expected tarnish commensurate with age; the body and handle with mild surface rubbing and very minor occasional dings; some slight weakening around handle terminal where it meets the top of rim- with some small subtle surface cracks evident, which are stable and don't pierce through the body- possibly with some thoughtful reinforcement; the pedestal base with slightly visible silver seam and some minor associated indentations from use, the square base slightly pressed downwards, with some separation from pedestal and subtle solder reinforcement, the underside showing the edge of pedestal base; the underside with minor areas of green oxidation
