lot 39: solid and sturdy; refinished, the top and leaves with some expected signs of wear including some minor water rings, an area of old dark fill to one knot, scuffing, and a few small scrapes along edges, one leaf with some whitish residue along corner; some surface wear to hinge attachments of both leaves, and and area of loss along hinge section of one leaf; one knee return has been reinforced with screws; one foot with some considerable scratching / abrasions, and some abrasions to inner edge of same leg; some white mildew spotting to underside commensurate with age
